What Are the Issues?
- Reduce class sizes in grades K - 4 to 15 students.
- Hire the best individuals for all vacant postions.
- Implement ways to cut overhead and energy costs.
- Consolidate to reduce the number of school buildings.
- Make a decision and take action about the old high school.
- Regularly schedule inspection, maintainence and repairs on school buildings.
- Improve learning and increase standardized test scores.
- Validate the success or failure of programs by collecting and analyzing target indicators. STOP programs that FAIL.
- Continue to address the problem of non-resident students.
- Reduce absentee rates in the student population.
- Expand and secure anonymous ways for all students to report problems.
