Our History

IBOE was conceived during the election campaign of 2005.
The first show was taped live and aired in December 2005.
All shows are taped monthly at ETV studios.
This show is provided as a public service by Noisemakers Productions.

Frances Caprio Foley produces, directs and edits the cable TV show. Ms. Foley is the designer and producer of the IBOE companion media including this web site, blog and the web based video media. Ms. Foley graduated With Distinction from Quinnipiac University in 2007 receiving her Master of Science in Interactive Communications.
